I have a single user who has the following problems:
The email client is Outlook 2010
When scheduling a meeting, adding the conference room, etc., everything is fine until you add this user as a required attendee. When the user is added, the conference room disappears from the scheduling assistant. If the user is added as an optional attendee, the conference room remains in the scheduling assistant. I can duplicate this on multiple machines with multiple conference rooms.
The second item for this same user also involves meetings. Should she receive a meeting request, and propose a new time, say the next day at noon, the recipient receiveves the meeting request with the new proposed time however the year is the year 4500. Yes, you read that right, 4500.
The third item for this same user involves reminders. She can set a reminder for herself, lets say for the next day, and when the reminder pops up it will show that the due date is the year 4912.
I am stumped on this one so I would appreciate any help you can offer
