Hello All,
I am working on importing users' PST files in to their Online Archive on Exchange 2010. Some users have a lot of PST files that go back years.
Currently I have all the PST folders Saving under a root folder of Old PST Files. Is it possible to create a folder structure So that within the Old PST Files Folder I can create more folders broken down by date range.
For Example:
Old PST Files
2010-2011
Inbox
User Created Folder
Sent Items
2008-2009
Inbox
User Created Folder
Sent Items
Basically I would like to keep the folder structure within the PST files but break them down by date. I would imagine that I would have to have mulitple Retention Policies that are basically stacked on each other???
