Outlook Anywhere OK with autodiscover but fails with manual settings

Hi,

When running a test with TestExchangeConnectivity, I have a weird behavior : everything's fine when using autodiscover (there's an SRV DNS entry for that domain), but with manual settings, it fails with RPC_S_SERVER_UNAVAILABLE (0x6ba).

The details show that in the former case, the RPC 6001 is run against he.liveo.fr, when in the latter, it is run againts the local name of the casarray, clients.he.local.

I've tried several things, found on the Internet : disable IPv6, play with RpcHttpConfigurator and ValidPorts_AutoConfig_Exchange but with no luck.

Any idea ?

- Exchange 2010 SP2 RU4
- CAS Array and DAG
- 2 CAS/Hub and 3 MBX
- OWA and ActiveSync work fine 
- no direct Outlook RPC connections, only RPC over HTTP : this is a hosted plateforme
