remove exchange 2k3 owa and backend server after migrated to exchange 2010

I've migrate all user mailbox and public from exchange 2003 to exchange 2010.

The final steps is remove the old owa front end server and backend mailbox server.

What's the proper step?

- use exchange 2003 setup cd

Q1. Am I right I should run the setup to remove exchange from owa server first and then backup server to remove all exchange 2003 server?

Q2. I've tried to remove exchange 2003 owa server from the testing environment first, I got the error; How can I solve it?

 "Setup failed while installing sub-component Exchange ActiveSync with error code 0x80072030"

 "Setup failed while installing sub-component Exchange Oma Browse with error code 0x80072030"
