Reverse DNS and being blocked for some outbound emails

Fairly new to Exchange 2010 so I am not sure if I missed something or what so I thought I would ask the question. We recently moved our office, new ISP. When We moved I changed the IP record for our mail server to the new IP supplied by the ISP and mail seemed to be coming and going fine until we started to see some rejections, some were because the IP was on the spamhaus.com along with another one. I contacted our new ISP and they created a reverse DNS for the outside IP address. seemed to be going fine but now it is reported that some are still being blocked. So my question is, when we moved other than changing the outside IP on the register domain site to point to our new IP address, is there something on our DNS or Exchange server that needs to be changed? Also, on our DNS server the reverse Lookup Zone, does the Pointer(PTR) name need to match the last digits of the IP address for the internal IP? Does there need to be one for the external IP Address? Any assistance is appreciated.

Thank you.
