Hi,
My Director is complaining that on a regular basis he gets disconnected from the Exchange server.
"Connection to Microsoft Exchange has been lost. Outlook will restore the connection when possible."
It then re-connects shortly afterwards. He is using Outlook in cached mode. This happens internal to the network and external.
Set up:
2 CAS Server
2 Mailbox Server
2 Edge Server
TMG
The CAS servers are in a WLNB configuration.
The user has a Laptop with an i7 processor and 16 GB RAM. He says that since updating the RAM the problem does not occur as often. How should I approach this to diagnose the cause please?
