conflict between public system folder and mailbox with the same name

Hi Everyone,

I need some help, I found that there is a public folder called internal .is this a standard folder ?

I want to create a mailbox called internal , but when I do so the mailbox actually address will be internal2@domain.com

can I delete the internal folder ?

I just want to create internal mailbox to use as a condition for transport rule.
