We have exchange 2010 on win2008 and we have landline phone with numbers. Our business requires to integrate two numbers to receive feedback / complaint calls and record the voice and route it to few user mailbox for listening the voice mail.
We do not have epbx system or voice gateway. Can i achieve this in simple way with the existing setup.
