Scenerio: We have a new user. She opens Outlook and she can see herself in the GAL. She noticed that hey!, one of the helpdesk staff misspelled her last name so she calls in requesting a change. Her boss is looking for her name in the GAL, at this point multiple people are calling in asking if it can be changed RIGHT NOW.

Now I know the OAB is generated around 4AM so I logon to the Mailbox server, and manually update the offline address book.
  - Update-OfflineAddressBook "offline address book" -verbose

[PS] C:\Windows\system32>Update-OfflineAddressbook "offline address book" -verbose

Then I hop on the CAS server and issue a 'IISRESET'.

Open Outlook, go to Tools | Send/Receive | Address book

After a few minutes it finishes. When I check the newly generated address book her name is still the same. I verified her new name is right in the EMC, so I'm out of ideas.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
