We're using Exchange 2010 coming with SBS 2011 on premise for work emails, and one of our staffs complained he cannot access from his outlook 2010 client.
Symptom 1: Repeat prompts for credentials. When submitted, just jump back to login screen.
Tried solution: delete profile and ost file, try to set up a new profile.
Symptom 2: cannot connect to server when verifying address of the new profile.
Tried solution: Verifying process can be done in internal LAN, but not from outside wifi. Tested Outlook Autodiscover using ExRCA with no problem showing up.
Symptom 3: OWA and iOS can access his mailbox without problem, on wifi or mobile data. ExRCA works with mobile data.
Tried solution: Tried Outlook Anywhere when setting profile. Still cannot connect to server.
Any suggestions? I'm really having a headache on this.
