Exchange2010 / Edge Server Licensing in Hybrid Deployment

Hi,

In a hybrid deployment with Exchange 2010 on-premises and exchange online (office365), do I need two licenses for both the on-premises exchange2010 server and an exchange server with only the edge transport server role installed, which is in the perimiter network? or can I use the same key for both on-premises servers.
