Exchange 2010 - Export mail box to pst cmdlets not there

Hi All,

I carnt seam to find the CMDLETS

New-MailboxExportRequest 

i have run the following

New-MangementRoleAssignment - Role "Mailbox Import Export" -user "My Username"

Then tried to test the export but no luck, when i type "new-" and cycle through with tab the cmdlet is not there.
