In order to make an assessment of the management of e-mail/fax infrastructure based on Exchange 2010 (>50.000 mailboxes), I am looking for some contents about:
- List of activities to manage an e-mail infrastructure (maintenance activities,
- Possible KPI’s (technical, Operational, Business)
- Reporting
- Dashboard
- Use of SCOM to manage infra
I am also interested on some figures/statements in relation to comparison 2003/2010 in terms of management. Some bad people (customers) pretend, supported by MS, that managing 2010 is cheaper/easier (less people) than 2003 while some providers on the market say that it should not be really the case.
