Questions about the delegation in Exchange/Outlook

Hi,

we begin to use Exchange 2010/Outlook 2010 in our organization, before we used Domino/Lotus.

We have some problems with delegations.

I have two questions.

- I added a delegate access on my inbox/calendar with reviewer right. But in Exchange he automaticaly added "send on behalf" right. Is it normal ? for me if I add reviewer, it's should be read only no ? It's really not clear for a user.

- we have a big problem with our users, because in lotus, they could add reviewer right to all their mailbox with "one" click. It's really usefull for some department, because they have to check if a client request has been treated by another user, and often the mails are stored in a folder when they are treated. I can't understand how it's possible that Outlook/Exchange don't allow a user to choose to delegate ALL his mailbox easily. It is impossible to say to an executive he must set the rights on each folder of his mailbox without taking his keyboard across the face :D

Does the only solution is Exfolders ? Not a bad solution except one big problem, only administrators can use it. It's not really fun for the IT to change mailbox access every time a user want.

Thanks for your help
