Good morning,
I am moving a customer of ours from SBS2011 to an enterprise domain due to number of users. However I've had some issues moving from the Exchange 2010 on the SBS to a new Exchange 2010 server. I have moved all mailboxes inc public folder db, outlookanywhere (disabled on sbs and change dns to new server), all other client access, transport (send & recieve) to point to the new server. However when I stop the services on the sbs all clients using outlook get a pop up asking them to log on to the OutlookAnywhere address (remote.domain.com), which then accepts the password OK and they then cannot access the public folders even though when I run Get-PublicFolderStatistics on the sbs there is nothing. It is specifically the rpc client access service that causes these issues, so I'm guessing that something is still trying to connect through the sbs and I've missed something, however I don't know what I have missed??
Is anyone able to assist? I have lots more info if required.
Thanks
Rob
