Exchange 2010 Auto Discover Error 500

Attempting the Autodiscover and Exchange ActiveSync test (if requested).  Testing of Autodiscover for Exchange ActiveSync failed.

I have two public ip's going to the server, one binding with the OWA and one with the Autodiscover.

I have reset the directory and restarted the whole server
