okay, I have a user who is getting a storage limit warning. The problem here is we have no quotas setup for this user or any user in exchange currently.
When using outlook 2010, the user can no longer receive or send an email. When the user switches to OWA, they can send and receive emails just fine. In OWA, if they try to dismiss calendar notifications, they get the following warning:
"you've exceeded the storage limit for your mailbox. Delete some items from your mailbox."
Any ideas as to what might be happening here?
