Availability info not working for some accounts

Hi,

Working with Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2010 SP2

Having a problem where user A cannot retreive Availability data from user B

Other users can access the calendar of usser B without issues.

For user B, The default user has permissions to read Free/Busy time (is set in outlook 2010).

When I change the permissions on the calendar of user B, to  Full details = "Reviewer", user A IS able to read the contents of the calendar.

When I change the permissions back to Free/Busy time, it stops working again, User A cannot read the calendar of User B.

Any ideas?
