OOF/Autodiscover error on RDS

In our Remote Desktop environment users sometimes are unable to run out of office saying that the server is unavailable.

When running Test e-mail auto configuration the results say

"Autoconfiguration was unable to determine your settings"

Re-starting outlook fixes the problem

Only seems to affect users on RDS but like I said restarting outlook fixes it every time.

Any ideas what could be causing this?
