Unable to do mail search in Exchange 2010 SP2 OWA

Hi 

We are currently having problems when using OWA, we are unable to do mail searches but when using outlook client no problem is encountered, here is the current setup we have

- 2 HUB/CAS (using a 3rd party load balancer)

- 4 Exchange Mailboxes (DAG)

have tried doing the following solutions provided in the following articles

but still the problems persists, has anyone else experienced this? any solution for it?
