Exchange Auto Attendant TimeOut Unified Messaging

Good day all - we are an insurance company and therefore need to take recorded statements. We have a Cisco CallManager environment and Exchange UM 2010. Currently our VM mailbox is set to 2188 (extension). I set up a transfer to extension via 2121 ---> 2188. We did this so Admin Assistants could leave messages for executives without dialing there number directly. If I dial this way - 2121 - I can leave a long message - so over 3 minutes. Now for the gravy...If a user receives a call that feel needs to be recorded, they will do a conference via the phone - dial 2121 - their extension - and then # (without having to hear their voice message) and then join all calls into the conference. This has worked in the past with no issues. Here recently, say with the past week, if they do the procedure, after about a minute and 30 - 50 seconds, the 2121 will dropped (no notification for AA) and a 1 -2 voice message will be emailed to them.

Any suggestions of why when doing a conference the timeout is occuring?
